    Join us in-person or virtually for our two-day event, Discover Vanderbilt Business, on Friday, November 4 and Saturday, November 5. The weekend will include our Diversity & Inclusion Symposium on Friday afternoon and Welcome Reception on Friday evening, and our "Life at Owen" events throughout the day and evening on Saturday.

    Events are outlined below. Registrants will receive an agenda, details and access links (if joining virtually) closer to the event. 

    The Business Case for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
    (Friday, November 4, 1:30pm - 5:00pm CDT):
     Our Diversity & Inclusion Symposium will allow attendees from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives to discuss, learn, and share experiences on the business model importance of equity, diversity and inclusion and other trending topics within this space. You will be able to connect with attendees from across our community, and learn more about equity, diversity and inclusion at Vanderbilt Business. This event is open to both virtual and in-person attendees.

    Welcome Reception (Friday, November 4, 6:30pm - 8:30pm CDT):
    Join attendees and the Vanderbilt Business community for this in-person reception on campus. This casual event will include the opportunity to spend time with other attendees and members of the Owen community.

    Life at Owen
    (Saturday, November 5, 9:00am - 8:00pm CDT):

    This day continues Discover Vanderbilt Business while giving attendees a first-hand preview of the Vanderbilt Business community. You will have the opportunity to participate in a mock class, interact with current students to hear their candid perspectives and learn more about life in Nashville. The day will start with interactive sessions from 9-12:00pm, which will also be available for virtual attendees, followed by an in-person lunch and excursion in Nashville. The event will end with an evening reception in Nashville. 

    Important Note: Vanderbilt University policy is that prospective students and their guests who are currently enrolled at an undergraduate institution (even if they are over the age of 21) cannot attend Vanderbilt-sponsored events where alcoholic beverages are served at a non-cash bar.
